Thought I'd post this to show there are still some companies who care about their customers.
Have a Boyt shotgun case that is about 10 yrs old and recently the zipper started popping open. Called Boyt's to see if they could put a new zipper in it. Explained the problem to a nice lady on the phone, she said "send it, we'll fix it".
Shipped it to them, had it back in about a week with a new zipper in it. No charge, other than a few bucks to send it to them.
