Not hunting but.....
« on: April 10, 2009, 03:25:37 PM »
I caught 6 largemouth bass today, each over 15", and total weight of 15.8 pounds.

This huge storm blew in, forcing us into the nearest boat house, man, nasty on the lake today.

The wife is busy with the fillet knife!♠

What lake do you fish on?

My boat is sitting in the yard with the floor ripped out and the transmission is out on my truck.  I have not even cranked the engine up this year.  Its driving me crazy.  A friend across the street goes out fishing with another friend of mine at Kentucky lake and the last 3 times they went out they caught 53, 53, and 40.  If I can get another truck, I will throw a peice of plywood over the floor and go.

Good job on the fish. I keep waiting for the water to go down on the Caney Fork so I can get out there with my square back canoe w/trolling motor. I know the white bass are running up the river and the trout are waiting for me but they just keep generating and plus we've had a lot of rain lately. Guess i'll still try to turkey hunt for now but i've not killed one yet. Still, it's good someone is out there catching some fish.

Good day right there. The big cats are hot right now on Nickajack ... or so I hear.
