Veral,

I have some BRP .411  255 gr. WLNGC.I have them shooting well in my FA 41 Mag. did you make this mold for BRP? Do you think this would be a good hunting bullet  mold for the Freedom Arms?

If it is a WLN, I probably made it, though there are quite a few mold makers who have copied my designs.
It will make an excellent hunting bullet, if it's a WLN and is accurate in your guns.  The WLN has a meplat about .390 wide, which is the killing part of the bullet.  If the meplat on the bullets you have is far from that size, it isn't a WLN.

Veral,

Thanks for the info. This BRP brand  bullet has a .320 meplat, nose length .450 and OAL w/gascheck .807 so this might be a copy since you said yours has a much larger meplat for a WLNGC.Which one of your molds would you suggest for a heavy hunting bullet for my Freedom Arms 41mag. 250-280 GR. I have lots of nose room in the FA cylinder over .500 .  Thanks Bisley Bud

With the .5 nose, I'd recommend a 280 gr WLN, which I will set up to fill as much of the cylinder throats as possible and still leave adaqate lube/bearing length inside the case.  This will give you the maximum possible power potential from the gun.
