500 S&W Factory sights

Have perhaps a stupid question, but sure could use some help.

I have a 500 S&W barrel and removed the factory sight to mount a scope. Have changed mind and want to remount the factory sight. Problem is I have lost the screws. Can anyone tell me the size so that I could try and get replacements. I know I can call the factory, but was hoping to find something local.

I would just bring the stuff into a your local shop. Most around here have a box or three full of screws and can likely fix you up quick!!

Rear sight should be 6-48, front will be 6-48 or 3-48.  ;)
