Without trying to remember all the usual suspects off the top of my head, I woul type something like "cast lead bullets" and do a Google search.  There are dozens of commercial casters out there.  Check their sites, and as you find ones that have what you are looking for, call em.  Most have toll free numbers.  When you find one with what you are loking for in stock, order it right then and there.  Reloading components are still out there, you just have to look a little harder for em.

CCOKER -

If you can find a set of appropriate molds, lead is still fairly available - tire shops, garages, plumbing shops, heck, I even found about 50 lbs one time at an old scuba diving shop.  They once used lead in the dive weight belts...

I just flat out don't have the time to cast, time to be alone in the garage to reload is scarce enough as it is with 3 kids at home :)

Cabelas has Cast Performance GC bullets, but maybe not in the weights you want. If you must have GC, I would order from Montana Bullet Works. Mt. Baldy may ship faster with plain base bullets - I have bullets from both companies from .357 thru .45 and they all shoot just fine with no leading.

id go 265. Ive never had much luck with 250 grain lfns or wfns for accuracy unless pushed to extreem velocitys.

thanks Lloyd
I was shooting 265s out of my blackhawk hunter and that seems like an ideal weight
I would order more from BTB but they are back ordrered

looking for around 1100fps
seems like all the SWC or Keith style bullet do not have gaschecks
which may not be an issue at this velocity

gun is a Smth PC 6.5"

I do have some 265g BTB WFN GC sized at .431 left...
Marshall Stanton said to just back off the powder charge and they should be fine

I did order some 255g WFN plain based from Graf and Sons yesterday AM to try

interesting on the accuracy comment with the lighter bulllets as that's obviously a big concern and this gun should be capable of very good accuracy and I am putting a red dot on it

I have used Cast Performance and Beartooth. Beartooth is a little cheaper, same quality. They make plenty of sizes in the 250 - 280 range.

non gas check keiths should be fine at 1100 fps. Try mt  baldy bullets. Frank is about the best maker of keiths out there. Next to Elmer nobody knows any more about keiths then him.

I agree with 'Lloyd', give me a 265 @ 1100fps. (This is easy load to shoot, and it works)
