Try Federal Arms - I believe they are the ones who sell extra length ported and threaded bbls for many handguns, including Berettas. You can also try some custom barrel makers such as Bar-Sto, Ed Clarke and Ed Brown. Also, get on up to the 1911 forum and cruise for some of the posts by SharonAnne on building a 1911 - I believe she mentions a number of barrel makers for 1911s and they may also produce barrels for the Beretta.
