FNG from TN (and a lot of other boards)

Hi, all.  I keep hearing about this place from my good friend Phalanx, and so I finally decided to come on over and see for myself.  I'm mostly into military firearms (pistols, sniper rifles and beltfeds, mainly) with a couple of  old family heirloom shotguns in there as well (my very first gun, an H&R Topper Jr. in 28ga, my grandfather's first year Winchester Model 1912 20ga and his J.Stevens 12ga).  My political views are, well, if you know Phal, you have a pretty good idea of where I am at politically as well.  So "hi" to all...

Thanks, Old Fart.  Yeah, I'm a BIG fan of the movie, so it seemed as good of a moniker as any. And I reckon I'm about an old fart myself... or at least a curmudgeonly young one, at least.  Depends on how "old" you call 44.  But as they say, it's not the age; it's the mileage.  ;D
