How many of you have a Modell 77 International in 250 Savage?

I've had two, both Mark I tang safety models.

Why do you ask ?

If you have a line/lead on buying one, It'd be worth getting - if it was in anywhere near decent condition.

I sure would like to see a new run of either the RSI, or the Ultra Light in that caliber!!

That's why I no longer have the two I once did.

Someone paid me three times what I paid for them - a couple of years apart.   :o

I had found the first, used it a year and was made an offer for it I couldn't refuse - so when I ran across a second one two years later for the same $$ as I paid for the first, I grabbed it for another collector I was in contact with.    ::)

They were nice, and very nostalgic - but my tang-safety .30-06 RSI was much more accurate, so I never regretted letting them go.

Besides, the $$$$ went back into my gunfun(d).   ;D

Lipsey's currently has a special run of the Model 77 RSI in 250 savage.  They are stainless, with walnut stocks.

It appears that Lipsey's has a lot of clout with Ruger, being one of their largest, if not THE largest, Ruger distributor.

It seems that they have more of the "good stuff" than Davidson's, lately.

A few years ago, I spotted a new stainless/walnut M77RSI Mark II in .257 Bob, tagged @ $750. - another "special run", I presumed.
