It looks like all handgun permits may have to be called in and  & re-issued every 5 years (For a NOMINAL fee of cource) so you can prove you aren't crazy if latest bill passes.  They tried this before and it failed to pass but that was a different time & different legislature.  Now gun grabbers are going to exploit latest tragedy in Binghamton because of a nut case with a permit. Even if you don't have a handgun EVERY GUN OWNER  should contact their legislatures because if they can do this with handguns, long guns will be next.

We already have this in Westchester,just another way to make it harder for anyone to own a handgun,also here it takes 6 mos. to get a new permit and costs around $150.00,so much for a God given right.

Every one of the seven anti gun bills proposed in NY has passed in the Assembly.Every one of us has got to contact our state senators and voice our opposition to these bills.The time for standing on the sidelines and telling ourselves that it can't happen here is past. We are in for the fight of our lives,to hold on to our rights as gun owners.
