No it's really Friday and since you were the first one here, you get to start the dail hello how are your post.

I'm grumpy thank you...that's what the wife said...funny I feel like my normal sweet adorable self.

Ran some errands this morning, got a hair cut picked up the fixxings to make some chili tomorrow.  Took a nap. Started on a platform for my M1841 42 PDR.  Talked to the Curator and Vicksburg Battlefield Museum to get some information on my cannon.  Very help full lady.

When I got up this morning it was only 11 degrees and overcast.  Midmorning it starte to warm up and clear off.  It  was 43 about two hours ago, 39 now. The 4 inches of snow we got yesterday melt and put some much needed moisture into the ground.  This keeps up and I will be planting my garden next week.

he week after t hat the baby gopher should be out and it will be time for some serious gopher shooting.

It was 29 and snowing this morning when I went to work, let up before noon.  Wasn't to bad this afternoon, got close to 50.  Sounds like not gonna be as bad this weekend as they thought.  Hope not, have lots of outdoor stuff going on this Sat. that is work related, plus gotta try to break loose to do the 2 mile highway pick scheduled for 8:00 am along with Bright and Beautiful for 6 hours starting at the same time.  Where is that cloning thing when ya need it?  Everybody have a great weekend.  DP

I missed this one last night. I bought a subscription to Ancestry.com, and I was so fascinated with what I was finding that I couldn't leave their site. I managed to trace all lines of my family, except one, to where they arrived from Europe. Now I guess it's on to the European sites.

Hope you all had a great Friday!
