I'm thinking I'd like to go next year

I've thought I would like to go next year. My question is can you shoot other rifles that aren't NEF such as a 220 swift in a Ruger 77. Just got a 223 bull barrel in NEF. Also have 225win and 243.  Zeak

Yes you can shoot other guns you just need to make sure one is a H&R. Kurt

You will be surprised if you make it to the shoot,there's probably more bolts and AR 15"s than Handi's.  Digger

Lordy me no fellow. I use only my super highly modified NEFs. Of course some of them look a lot like Remington Model Seven's and Model 700s and such but that's only cuz they are so highly modified. 

Actually ya have to look hard to find an NEF out there. I took my H&R .30-30 to the first shoot just to say I had one and when the folks started pulling out their rifles at Dan's that first afternoon I had to look long and hard to find anyone with an NEF. You'll see one from time to time but not often really.

This time I'll have a pair of Remington Model Seven Predators in .17 Fireball and .223 and a Remington 700 SPS Varmint in .22-250. I doubt I'll bother with any others, might but doubt it. Heck last year all I shot were the Predator .17 Fireball and the .22-250 anyway.

Got a new 22 K- Hornet barrel for my contender.  With 34 Gr. Midway dogtown bullets, it ought to make those PD go splat, gone!

I've had only H&R's cept last yr I slipped the Remington 592 5mm in on the last morning and boy was that fun. Kurt

I was hoping to bring a stubbed 22K Hornet along with me. I still do not have it back yet so it will be too late for me to fire form cases and develop a load for it. I am going to be bring along 2 modified Stevens 200's in 223 one that is set up for 40 grain V-Max bullets and the other for 50 grain V Max bullets. I am going to bring along a modified 17 HMR Model 77/17 Ruger for short shots up to 150 - 175 yards if the wind is not howling too bad.
