Best BBQ? Hell that ain't no mystery. It's right here in "my backyard". I can smoke it with pecan, hickory, mesquite, walnut, apple, or even apricot. Watch the temp, a little lemon pepper, not too much smoke, and it's done. Ribs, brisquit, back strap, roast, or just steaks. Ain't complicated, but is shore is good.
