Anybody shooting a Stevens "Favorite" 17 (30R17)? I always had a soft spot for the rifle. Just wondering if someone tried the 17.

Have not seen one but have looked at the 22 ones. I would own one if they were like the origionals!!! The new ones have those darn lawyer proof stiff triggers and I do not remember if they have a safety or not but I think they do. Any way they are ok but I cannot get past them triggers. Jim
