What weight bullet (between 45-55) shoots the best in yours?

Mine shoot best with Hornady 52 gr. boat tail hollow points. I have tried different powders but if I keep the velocity at around 3200 and not faster the accuracy is 1/2" at 100 yards.

Over on the NEF Singleshot site there is an on-going discussion on the .223, and the present recommendation is 55 gr. sp over BLC-2 or 50 gr. SP over H335 for "awesome" results.
