There has been a noticeable increase in c-130s and choppers in the air over the twin cities, anyone know what's up? Choppers going all night for the last week.

We're about 30 miles from Ft Knox and usually see a lot of c- 130s but haven't seen or heard any for several days. POWDERMAN.  ??? ???

Just before we kicked saddam out of kuwait they would fly real low here practicing low level flights. They would drop down in the bottoms and follow the contour of the land. One evening we heard one coming from the South and he was really gunning it, almost like he was in trouble, he was. He hadn't gained altitude quick enough and couldn't clear some big oak trees accross the road at the edge of the woods. Engines roaring he took a hard left with a wing dipping down between the trees and the belly knocking a bit off the top of one tree. Bet you couldn't have driven a spike up that pilots butt with a sledgehammer. Really something to see. POWDERMAN.  ;D ;D
