Sure good to be back

Sure is good to be back, had one of the worst summers in memory, 120 with 65% humidity. Not much fun shooting the holy black when ya can't see for the sweat in your eyes. I'll never make fun of you folks up in the frozen north again. Finally started cooling off in the morning and we got the dry heat back again. Anxious to get my smoke poles out again. Picked up a barrel for my TC Contender I haven't had a chance to wring out yet (Gonic Arms) Then I allways enjoy my .32 Flintlock kit from Pedersoli, of course I enjoy 'em all, so many guns and so little time. I've learned a lot from this sight, and hope it gets going again. RR :-D

At least I got to shoot trap up in the mountins near here, it was 20 degrees cooler, and a lot drier. I found the more I shot the worst I got. Even shot a round with my old double using the holy black, and did allmost as well as with my Beretta 682. johnt, good luck on that rendevouis, sooner or later you'll get that coveted 1st place, that's what makes it so special. RR :D

I live about 90 miles south of Las Vegas in the Mojave Desert, a little town called Laughlin, it's generally 10-20 degrees hotter here than in Vegas, but it's usually a dry heat, this year we had an unusual amount of humidity, anything above 15% out here is high. RR :D
