As stated my congressman John McHugh was nominated as secretary of the army.  Mostly because Fort Drum is in his constsituency.  Living in NY it is tough to get representation on the right.  I smart move by obama because now I will bet he will be replaced with a liberal.  Funny McHugh snubbed an invite to the white house for a big pow wow and they tried to discredit him.  Next thing you know poof he is a secetary in the cabinet.  To me it simply means he was a sell out.

I imagine the next steps will be to give all the Republicans executive positions at GM and several banks.  They can get them all out of Washington that way.

POLITICIANS SHOULD BE LIMITED TO TWO TERMS - ONE IN OFFICE AND ONE IN PRISON.... Illinois already does this.

  • I feel much better now knowing it will get worse.
We(in Canada) have the same crap that allows a politician to "cross the aisle" as it is called here when they switch parties. IMO that should trigger an automatic byelection.
