Weatherby Vanguard 25/06

Back on May 5, I surveyed you guys about the Vanguard. Well, I bought it! I started load development and break-in this A.M. I started with a load I shoot in my long range PD rifle. The first three shots measured .613". Then I switched to a deer load based on the previous load. RP brass,CCI primer, 53.5gr IMR4831,and Sierra 100gr Spire point flat base. After cleaning the bore and cleaning for copper, I shot two fouling shots. The next three shots measured .423". I think you guys put me on a winner!
