Tuesday 6/9/09 in Georgia
« on: June 09, 2009, 06:55:28 AM »
Sure does my heart good to see some posting on the forum!

Great wx, albeit a little hot, but I'm locked away in my office anyway.  Need more time to shoot!  And fish!  I gotta get up to them North Jawja lakes and catch me some a them stripers!  I hear they good eatin for a fresh water fish...  :-\  And I refuse to go to the store and pay more for a fish filet then I do a rib-eye steak!    :o   A fact my cardiologist doesn't seem to take into consideration...  ::)

Sounds like a great plan, Richard. Get out of that office and have yourself some fun.

I was kinda wanting to hear some more about those mukluks and the girls calves. ;D   Now that sounds like fun. ;D

The temp has been in the low 90s and the humidity has been high for a few days down here. Getting out to shoot something or to go fishing has been tough.

WOW!  I never fished West Point much and never thought of it for stripers, kind like Lanier, but I know it's a great crappie lake!

You know how it is.  This old boy came in with his chest all puffed out thinking he was the best of the best now.  Probably won't be no livin' with him. ;D

I about gave up fishing after 9-11.  Got awful hard to get explosives.

If you can't find the fireworks you can always resort to the telephone. Had an uncle that always told us if the fish don't bite then he was just gonna have to callun up. Never knew what he was talking about until I seen his ole phone in the back of his car.

Nowadays I'd rather have the phone than the fish!!!!
