WOW!!! FIRST TURKEY

Wow Two weeks ago i hot my first turkey up in Ostego county NY. this was the most exiting hunt I've ever gone on.although i couldnt have done it without the help of my uncle/mentor/personal caller------LeatherStocking
    I got the turkey at 5:40 am on the last sunday of the season, with a h&r single shot. the bird had a 9 in. beard, 3/4 in. spurs and weighed 17 lbs.

Hey Birdhunter,

Glad to help you get that first bird! And hey it wasn't just the last Sunday, but the last DAY of the 2009 season! Congrats!! Always remember - patience, persistence, hustle loyalty and respect  ;D
