I was thinking box. I have a plan in my head but would help if I had a guide of some kind to use as well. I just need to find time to put a couple together. I originally was thinking one to set on the ground and one to put on legs. The ground blind should be easy for me but I have not figured out the best way to do the legs yet.

The easiest way to do the legs is with one of the kits they sell for that purpose. They only add about $75-$80 to the cost. I don't have specific plans but always draw up my own when I build stands. I'd use a sheet of 3/4" PT plywood for the bottom and make the blind a full 4x8. Shore it up underneath as you see fit but I'd use PT 2x6s personally. Run them longwise of the sheet and stop them short enough to make the short pieces that attach form a 4x8 frame. Cross brace on 16" centers with more PT 2x6. Set the plywood floor on top and then build up your blind atop it. Use indoor/outdoor carpet on floor to quieten it. Use PT wood for all parts.
You could sink four 4x4 PT posts in concrete to the height you want then using ladders build the floor atop it and then the blind on top of the floor. That's how I'd do it. I'd also build stairs NOT a ladder to get into it.

I used an old gas barrel stand, cut off the bands that hold the barrel and bolted 2 pallets to it on top.
Now I need to attach some corner posts and a top rail and blind material. And install a few more boards to stand on.
