making rifling in a barrel

is it possible to cut my own .22lr rifling in a 16" barrel at home , without all the expensive fancy equipment?

it doesnt have to be supper accurate.

any ideas?

Of course it's possible. Study up on the early muzzleloader builders and how they rifled the barrells they made.

Now, is it practicle? I don't believe it would be for me. ::)
