Broken extractor holder thingo!!! Help
« on: June 23, 2009, 06:19:17 PM »
Me ejector holder trigger thingo is broked!!!!!

Can it be  successfully brazed it with silver solder to fix 'er up???
I got some good stuff that is good for plug'n  holes  up but can get some more fluidy stuff if needed that'll run easier.
I was just wondering if it'd buggar up the temper or melt or fall apart anyway with the sintered iron / steel /monel used to make it.
Don't want a unusable blob when done.

Don't know how long the spring will keep in situ before it decidesto ecsape out of its housing.

Can I some how "tie it up with wire just to keep the show on the road"

Any help
Appreciated

Bruce

Just order one from Brownell's(cheaper shipping and no tax for me) or H&R, it's called an ejector latch part # S01208.  ;)
