You aren't alone Pat. I've been getting quite a few similar reports with internet problems, though I have answered most of those who complained. So it appears that the problem is with my emails going out. At any rate, I have no answer or solution when they don't, except the following.
Because my time is so limited, I try to keep all correspondence confined to email and regular mail, but if any customer has problems with those methods, feel free to call me at 1 208 267 3588 Same phone number we've had for 20 years. It is very unlikely that you'll get me, because I have no phone in the shop, but leave a message and best time to call you and I will return your call. Sometimes it takes me a day or two to find the time, but normally the same day.
