Well I've been playin around with my dutch ovens. Made some really good chili, and also have cooked some chicken in it. There is a learning curve to this. My first attempt with the chicken, it didn't cook all the way through because I didn't get the charcoal burning right.
I have a dutch oven cookbook that I'm using to help me get started. It's ok, but I'd like a cookbook that has really simple recipes in it. Just a few ingredients, throw it in the DO and cook it.
