What ever happened to the eligibility question for Obama being a legimate Pres?

This matter has seemingly gone into a Black Hole!
I`m still waiting on word from Chief Justice Roberts on his findings after reviewing the documents handed personally to him by the female lawyer from California who is representing Allen Keyes in his case questioning the eligibility of Obama as President!
Congress has been strangely silent on this subject.

It never went anywhere.  The state of Hawaii has stated that Obama was born there.  There is a newspaper atricle announcing his birth.

Certainly the husband and wife that own and run "Snopes" have no political affiliations.  His grandmother said he was born in Kenya.  But what would she know?  However she conveniently passed away. Snopes must be assumed to be the Alpha and Omega of all truths.

Interesting that Pelosi and Cheney are being implicated.
One would have thought that before any swearing in process was initiated that the Chief Justice of The Supreme Court would have verified the eligilibilty requirements of Obama!

Eligibility? Remember Kerry? He met with the North Vietnamese in Paris during time of war and while he was still in the reserve. That should have made him ineligible for Senate, House, and President. His discharge was dated smack in the middle of the Carter amnesty, good reason to suspect he had originally receive a less the Honorable Discharge. If you check the Constitution, only Congress can remove the taint, a Presidential Pardon does not cut it.

No one in the government or the MSM went after his original DD214.

  Yesterday I heard on the radio that the first college he attended was Occidental College in Los Angeles. For a smaller liberal arts college they have a diverse student body.
  One of the groups trying to ferret out the truth about Barack Hussein's nativity figured they just may be able to settle the question. At "Oxy" as the alumni call it, when a student gets some taxpayer paid tuition, apparently a foreign born student gets an extra break.
  Since they are getting a special break, such a student must register whether they are or are not foreign born.
  The investigative group figured if they could get such records released, they may settle the matter....
   Soon as they got wind of it, BHO's lawyers sought & got a restraining order..keeping Oxy from releasing such information...

  Now, common sense tells me that if BHO wanted doubts settled, he would have let Oxy go ahead and release such info, absolving him of blame..

What really puts things into perspective is why did he even have to "lawyer up" in the first place to quash all of this info!!Once again common sense enters into the fray!
