Nikko Sterling scopes ?

Can anyone tell me about these scopes ? I'm looking at a 1x4 #4 crosshair with illuminated dot for 239.99 I want to use it for late evening bear hunting. Thanks

i had one, it was as nice as a bushnell banner, maybe even clearer. i don't have it now as someone else wanted it more.
