Itch'n for another 1911

I'm still looking for another, maybe two more 1911's.  I want to get a 1911a1 in stainless i'd like to stay with the 45acp?

What are your thoughts on a Kimber???  I was thinking around  $800 for one?

My second one will be a 1911a1 in nickle in 45acp too.  The colt goverment 80 series was a purdy one.  But i think that RIA offers a nickle 1911 now.  What are your thoughts on that? Or is there another nickle finish 1911 thats offered too?

This would round out my 1911 collection......

Rub some Benidrill on the itch and go buy a Sig P220.

Sorry I was in a wise acre mood when I wrote that.
The Kimber guns are great.  they have many different models and most I have seen are pretty loaded with options i would want for around $800-1100.
I used to get asked on a regular basis "when are you going to get a 1911?"  My stock answer was when Sig makes them.  then they went and started making them.
But I have had my eye on a Kimber Royal II.  It has the look I like as well as the added features of the beaver tail and low drag sights and slightly beveled mag well.  Figure it will be a great IDPA or steel shoot gun.
Maybe for Christmas.  But there are a few things on the list ahead of it.
