Rimfire fun match

We are looking to start a rimfire program at our club. Has anyone here set up a fun match ?  What made it fun? Thxs

Hang up a fairly large gong target. Start at a reasonable distance. Everybody pays and takes one shot. These who hit can pay to shoot again from a bit farther back. Repeat, repeat, repeat until only one shooter hits.
