What is a Pre 64 model 70 worth? It's a 30-06 in good condition. Thanks in advance.
So many guns, so little time.

You didn't say if you are buying or selling. If you're selling, wouldn't let them steal it from you. If you are buying, well, you will never own a finer rifle. I bought a featherweight several years ago and for $550 it was great--even the bluing was still intact on the bolt. Kind of a rough looking stock, but hey, mechanically perfect. This is much smooter action wise than the new model 70 which I bought last year in .25-06.

I wish I had bought it. A guy from work bought it and a stihl chainsaw and several other item from his brother in law for $650. Looks like he got a steal. He said it is in exellent condition. Thanks for the info!
