Well - (1) they will certainly be easy to identify......... (2) You will certainly know when they are coming - you know, in the pickup trucks that are 1.5 inches off the ground with the stereo booming but once outside the city they do not travel at night - no street lights or street signs; and (3) since you can identify them easily and see and hear them coming they will make easy targets.
My thoughts are that they will be mainly oriented to the cities, sort of like the new orleans/katrina fiasco. If you get a bunch of black brown shirts out in the woods or out on the country roads, they make easy targets............jmtcw.
