red dot sights

I am considering buying a Trijicon red dot sight.And the new mount from Freedom arms.
Have anyone on this forum tried this "new" combination?
The gun is a mod 83 7,5" in .44mag.

I have this combination on a model 97 .45LC and it works very well. The mount fits perfectly and the Trijicon sight is superb. I am considering another Freedom Arms and I will equip it the same way. I think you will be very pleased with your choice. Best Regards, Makilly
