I've got a 240gr XTP and a 250gr SW in my range box taken from deer in consecutive seasons. XTP quatering away at 75 bang/flop. SW at 50 quartering away, hobbled 15 yds and fell over. Both bullets removed from off side shoulder hide. Can't tell them apart except XTP is a little shorter. Longer ranges, go with the SW. IMHO. Also worthy of note, I shoot 90 gr of powder usually and have had pass-thru's with the shockwaves at 125 yds. If they don't fall over, they usually walk or run a few yds first.
