Had to buy a lawnmower (!) and not having much cash I went to the pawn shop.
Big mistake - no lawnmower, but they did have an NEF youth .410.  Man, I like those straight stocks.  And sure would like a .410 to scope (thick chamber walls) and experiment with.  The nice man said $80.  Out the door.
Mama was waiting out in the truck.
Maybe I'll go back!

What kind of goat?   What if somebody got my goat? 
I like the .410 to cut the grass idea, but what choke is appropriate for that?  What's the best load?

Don't make the mistake I did. I was at a store last year that was getting out of the gun selling business. They had one just like the one you are talking about. I was already buying a handi rifle when I saw it ask the guy what he would take for it $65 plus tax. I put it on the counter and said well I better put it back. Got to thinking about it on the way home turned around to go back and get it and a fellow was buying it. Still wished I would have got that little shotgun.
