The traffic accident of the year award
« on: July 13, 2009, 10:56:32 AM »
There is a strange story in the news today about a guy who drove his car over the edge of the grand canyon. I wonder how that happened.

I would bet it was a white male that was laid off and lost his house to foreclosure. I think the suicide rate in that demographic will begin increasing very rapidly.

I remember reading an article a few years ago about a German man who drove into a river because he was following the instructions of his mobile GPS unit. The unit was correct, but required the driver to understand that a ferry needed to be used to cross the river. I kid you not.

There is a lesson to learn here. Seems this would apply to our current situation. ;)

Here's another one:

Very interesting that people imitated a movie scene to kill themselves. Columbine could not have been related to The Matrix, could it? Of course not, according to the left. It was the evil guns that decided to kill those people.

Stupid people do stupid things.  Natures way of cleaning the gene pool.
Where is old Joe when we really need him?  Alaska Independence    Calling Illegal Immigrants "Undocumented Aliens" is like calling Drug Dealers "Unlicensed Pharmacists"
What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.
