Immigration, White Flight & Gun Stores
« on: September 25, 2003, 08:51:54 AM »
During the last 10 years, retail gun stores have almost disappeared from metropolitan Southern California.   Where there were 20-30 gun stores  ten years ago, there are only a handfull now.

U.S. Census figures have shown that during the same  decade, a net of 100,000 people have left California and  driving through Southen California will demonstrate to anyone that English speaking white people are almost extinct on  this region.  This occurs during a period of  the infusion of millions of illegal aliens from Mexico and other foreign countries into Southern California.

Is there a relationship  between the exodus of English speaking white Americans from Southern California, the infusion of illegal Mexican nationals,  and the disappearance of retail gun stores during the same time period? I think there is.

Several months ago, I viisited  a particularly well stocked Orange County  gun store (all brands, makes, models, tons of handloading components, etc) that was going out of business.   I commented on how many gun stores used to flourish in Southern California  and  said I didn't see how a store as well stocked as his could not prosper in light of the fact that almost all of his competitiors had gone out of business and in light of the size of the metropolitan Southern California market.

The gun store owner responded as follows:  "I'll explain it to you. Most of the people who used to come in here HAVE MOVED OUT OF THE STATE."

This reminds me of reading about the "LA shootout" when two bank robbers with AK's and wearing body armor shot it out with police with semi auto pistols. I remember reading that the police didn't have anything useful to shoot back with until they raided a local gun store.

Wonder if the liberal news media would report that if it happened again and the police ran to the local gun store only to find an "Out of Business" sign there.

Jack:  Thank you for not calling me a racist.

I hope you're sitting down when you read this.  The reality of Southern California is worse than you think.

The gun store that provided weapons and ammo to the LAPD during that famous shootout is among those that have gone out of business. It was a large gun and sporting goods retailer/wholsaler (B&B Guns) that operated retail stores in both L.A. and Orange County. Both stores closed a couple of years ago.

But forget about the LA shootout. In the 1992 Rodney King riots, the cops retreated to their fortresses and left us peasants to fend for  ourselves.  When the powers that be finally mobilized the National Guard,   the guardsmen blew into town WITH NO AMMUNITION FOR THEIR M-16's.
This was widely reported in the media.   What was not reported in the media was the fact that the National Guard was  calling gun stores trying to obtain ammo. I personally know one gun store owner who was contacted. He  told them to come and get as much ammo as they needed and that they could either replace it with their own stocks (when and if they ever got any) or pay for it later or whatever.   They promised to get back to him, but never did.  I guess they got ammo some where else.

Also, one of the great unreported stories of the Rodney King riots was the amount of looting of private residences that occured, although the looting of businesses was prominently reported in both the electronic and print media.  I presonally know friends livign in Long Beach who were forced to flee from their homes when looters were going down their block, door to door.  They called 911 and got a busy signal!

In the aftermath of the Rodney King riots, citizens filed approximately 3,000 lawsuits filed against LA County and various cities for damages arising from their failure to provide police protection.  EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE LAWSUITS WAS DISMISSED BASED ON THE DOCTRINE OF SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY AND ON A CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION WHICH  PROVIDES THAT NO PUBLIC ENTITY HAS ANY DUTY TO PROVIDE  PROCTECTION TO ANY SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL CITIZEN!

The same political whores  who pass gun control laws on the grounds that it is the job of the police to provide protection took exactly the opposite position when they were sued for failure to provide police protection during the largest  riot in L.A. history.

Well, that doesn't sound worse than I think because I remember vividly the Koreans who stood their ground on top of their businesses with privately owned firearms and thus were not burn't out and looted.

As to the NG, I've heard that the soldiers patrolling airports post 9/11 had no ammo in their M16s. I also remember a report from troops sent to Haiti on the first planes found that they had been issued less than full mags.

Callers to the Washington DC 9-11 number frequently get busy signals and they have stringent anti private firearms laws.

No wonder they call them Sheeple.
