300 grain LBT in 44 Special????
« on: July 13, 2009, 02:14:03 PM »
I think I'm about to acquire a .44 Special Blackhawk and the only mold I have is an LBT LFN 320g gc.  Has anyone loaded heavy bullets in a 44 Special?  I'm not looking to make a magnum out of it...just get 'em downrange.

I'd opt for some trail boss, start low and work up.

Better yet, call Hodgdon
