It's put out by a house Repub Kevin Brady.  Not sure which state he's from or anything.

It looks like a worst case scenario for gov't run health care.  Of course, most of what the gov't touches turns into the worst case scenario.

I don't see it as a worst case scenario. It's incomplete. There are, for example, no outputs from the National Priorities for Performance Improvement (lower right), and there is no mention of overrides by that congressmen can make-- this has been talked about. Also, since the plan is open to illegal aliens, there should probably be some mention of immigration.
