Sotomayor: The activist judge who talks strict constructionism

Have you noticed that Sotomayor's record as an activist judge contrasts with the way she is answering questions during the confirmation hearing?

Is this a case where she's unsuitable for the job because she's an activist judge, or is she unsuitable because she is not consistent with Obama's desire to appoint a judge who will rule with "empathy"?

I think she is unsuitable because she doesn't care what the Constitution says, nor what is fair, or even what the law is.  She sees her duty to promote her agenda of racial preference and give deference to anyone or anything that is not male and white.

She is clearly the Dumbycrat version of the best, most qualified person for the Supreme Court.  But I doubt that she is any worse than Ginzburg, or the other radical leftists on the court.
