  That says, "Inside are free guns for me to steal" to a burglar. Even crooks know that you have to be home to defend it. The best sign is no sign at all.

It's for that very reason I don't have an NRA bumper sticker on my truck.  I don't want some crook busting a window out looking for a gun.

Actually, the "best sign" is a reddish stain on the front stoop   ;)

I do see your point, and it's been addressed before.  Sometimes a low profile is the best way to go.  It's just a funny post...besides, I don't even have any guns in my house.

My uncle in ILL had trouble with trespassers fishing his pond years ago. He nailed a life sized target to a tree by his pond with 3 bullet holes through the head. Everybody knew he was a reloader and shooter. He signed his target, as was customary, with 300 win mag,  pwdr charge, bullet wt, MV, and said, from corner of porch, about 400 yds away. No more trespassers. POWDERMAN.  ;D ;D
