sbi 3.5" not ejecting

Shot the new SB1 12 gauge 3.5" with a steel load in it toay, kicks like hell but the shell casing stuck in the gun, had to push it out with an arrow, is this normal? Not impressed.

That is not normal. Did you shoot any other rounds and did they stick?
