Limbsaver for New Style Synthetic Stock

I was comparing Limbsaver templates with the recoil pad on the new style syn stock, the #10011 looked like a good match except for the lower hole location, that's the Tikka T3 Lite replacement pad and I just happened to have one, so I pulled it off the Tikka, swapped some screws around and it fits great, just had to drill a new hole in the pad to relocate the lower mounting screw.

Tim: How do the "real" screw-on pads effectiveness compare to the slip-ons?

I doubt they're any more effective, just look a lot nicer.
