It reads better than a porno magazine.
"Roethlisberger began fondling Plaintiff through her dress and between her legs."
"He pulled her underpants off and proceeded to penetrate her."
Guy Hyder told her "most girls would feel lucky to get to have sex with someone like Ben Roethlisberger."
Claiming that "Roethlisberger held her against her will," a woman filed suit in Washoe County Nevada on July 17, 2009.
Reading through the document, she "feared that since he was a football player he could or would physically harm her if she attempted to fight him."

This whole law suit is BS. If he had raped her why would she not report it to the police and have a rape kit proformed at the local hospital? After all if you were a woman and you were violated would you not report it? This woman is just trying to hit the lotery and get some of his money. There was never a report of it and he was never charged with anything. Because it never happened. I have followed Big Ben since he was drafted by the Steelers and he is a very stand up guy with great morals. He is a Cristian and you will not see a game where he does not pray. He spends much of his time here in Pittsburgh doing things for good causes. He goes to cancer wards for children on a regular basis. He is a good person inside and out and I don't believe for a second he did this. I just wished when he wins this case and he will because there is no proof. That this tramp would have to pay his legal fees. Dale

I'll agree with most of it and totally believe she's in it for some cash, but let's not jump to the conclusion of his "morals" and Christianity.  He still had sex with her, he claims it was consensual.  I'm not going to judge him, but I'm also not going to place him on some pedestal.  Just play football.

Really. I have  been following this pretty close and no where have I heard him even admit they had sex. Could you show me some kind of link to this? It sounds like you got the scoop!!! I really what to hear him say they had sex. Dale

I don't think she'd try anything without some physical evidence.  Even with that, I still believe gypsyman has it correct: She's in it for the money.
You and I will never have to worry about some of the "traps" that some of these athletes can fall into.

I think professional athletes need to use the body parts from thier sholders up more often. Expecially when they are off the field. I have been a Steeler fan all my life, but Ben going to a hotel room with a stranger is not the brightest thing to do. Its a bit differant when you are a professonal athlete. Let alone a famous one, with lots of money.

I really think Big Ben will come out ok on this. What I don't like even when it is over people that have not followed him will still think he raped a girl. This woman even if he wins will ruin his REP. That is wrong. The media will make a big thing of this now but when he is found not to have done these things they will not report that near as heavy. Oh and on top of all this crap training camp starts next week. I do hope to make it to training camp at least a couple times this year. I did not have the chance last year and we normally make it there a couple times a year seeing as it is about 20 miles from my house. Dale
