Kurt:
I can give you some loads out of Sierra's book for the 125 gr bullet(2305) but have nothing on the 150 gr in .311 dia.
There are no loads above 2300 fps listed from a 18 1/2 barrel. Test rifle was a Ruger Mini Thirty.

The four powders that will achieve 2300 fps are N-120,N-130.IMR 4198, RE-7.

Their Accuracy load is 26.5 gr of N-130 at 2200fps

Their hunting load is  29.0 gr of H-322 at 2250 fps

Nine powders listed in total for that bullet.
What is the point of Life if you can't have fun.

Hodgdon's 125gr data is for a .311" 125gr Speer bullet, their 150gr Hornady is .312". Alliant lists a 123gr Speer. The Lee 2nd has lots of both bullets weights, but it's all generic as far as bullet mfr, their data is based on .311" specs.
