I just saw these pictures of a string of what looks like new prison cars. Here are two links:

http://www.stevequayle.com/News.alert/09_Photo_of_Day/090722.photo.of.day.html

And what may be a related story.

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2008/02/04/ED5OUPQJ7.DTL

This has a  scary look to it. Maybe they are for carrying new cars?

Anybody know?

Sadly it's NOT a hoax. Your government does NOT trust you and has plans for you and those plans include a lot of bad things such as putting you into mass concentration camps then into mass graves. Look for it to come to a town near you in the next two years.

They have millions of body bags and are setting up fema camps in all states to detain folks under the guise of helping us in emergency situations. All they are waiting for is the right set of emergency circumstances and perhaps they need a wee bit more time to get their henchment lined up to pull this off. They'd really love to get our guns first of course cuz when they begin the shooting is gonna start also.

And that causes me wonder if all these joint federal, state, and local drug raids are practice drills for the big round-up.

Rule by fear or rule by law?

Lewis Seiler,Dan Hamburg

Monday, February 4, 2008

"The power of the Executive to cast a man into prison without formulating any charge known to the law, and particularly to deny him the judgment of his peers, is in the highest degree odious and is the foundation of all totalitarian government whether Nazi or Communist."

- Winston Churchill, Nov. 21, 1943

Since 9/11, and seemingly without the notice of most Americans, the federal government has assumed the authority to institute martial law, arrest a wide swath of dissidents (citizen and noncitizen alike), and detain people without legal or constitutional recourse in the event of "an emergency influx of immigrants in the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs."

Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States. The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly to transport detainees.

According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of "all removable aliens" and "potential terrorists."

Fraud-busters such as Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Los Angeles, have complained about these contracts, saying that more taxpayer dollars should not go to taxpayer-gouging Halliburton. But the real question is: What kind of "new programs" require the construction and refurbishment of detention facilities in nearly every state of the union with the capacity to house perhaps millions of people?

Sect. 1042 of the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), "Use of the Armed Forces in Major Public Emergencies," gives the executive the power to invoke martial law. For the first time in more than a century, the president is now authorized to use the military in response to "a natural disaster, a disease outbreak, a terrorist attack or any other condition in which the President determines that domestic violence has occurred to the extent that state officials cannot maintain public order."

The Military Commissions Act of 2006, rammed through Congress just before the 2006 midterm elections, allows for the indefinite imprisonment of anyone who donates money to a charity that turns up on a list of "terrorist" organizations, or who speaks out against the government's policies. The law calls for secret trials for citizens and noncitizens alike.

Also in 2007, the White House quietly issued National Security Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD-51), to ensure "continuity of government" in the event of what the document vaguely calls a "catastrophic emergency." Should the president determine that such an emergency has occurred, he and he alone is empowered to do whatever he deems necessary to ensure "continuity of government." This could include everything from canceling elections to suspending the Constitution to launching a nuclear attack. Congress has yet to hold a single hearing on NSPD-51.

U.S. Rep. Jane Harman, D-Venice (Los Angeles County) has come up with a new way to expand the domestic "war on terror." Her Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 (HR1955), which passed the House by the lopsided vote of 404-6, would set up a commission to "examine and report upon the facts and causes" of so-called violent radicalism and extremist ideology, then make legislative recommendations on combatting it.

According to commentary in the Baltimore Sun, Rep. Harman and her colleagues from both sides of the aisle believe the country faces a native brand of terrorism, and needs a commission with sweeping investigative power to combat it.

A clue as to where Harman's commission might be aiming is the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act, a law that labels those who "engage in sit-ins, civil disobedience, trespass, or any other crime in the name of animal rights" as terrorists. Other groups in the crosshairs could be anti-abortion protesters, anti-tax agitators, immigration activists, environmentalists, peace demonstrators, Second Amendment rights supporters ... the list goes on and on. According to author Naomi Wolf, the National Counterterrorism Center holds the names of roughly 775,000 "terror suspects" with the number increasing by 20,000 per month.

What could the government be contemplating that leads it to make contingency plans to detain without recourse millions of its own citizens?

The Constitution does not allow the executive to have unchecked power under any circumstances. The people must not allow the president to use the war on terrorism to rule by fear instead of by law.

Lewis Seiler is the president of Voice of the Environment, Inc. Dan Hamburg, a former congressman, is executive director.

HI
I am thinking that the flu shots he is preparing us for could
provide a use for all those caskets.  Baxter sent live vacine to Europe and killed a bunch of people. A reporter named Burgermeister asked the FBI to investigate it. Mass vacinations with live vacine would require quite a few. Our media said nothing, as usual.

I've never seen a FEMA camp, BUT here in MIchigan they have closed down a number of state prisons in the past few years. So the facilities are in place should the report be true. Hidden in plain sight.

I have seen 2 FEMA camps in LA.  and they would not hold me and i am 61 or a 10 year girl.
I see these, look like exact rail cars moving through the Dallas- Ft. Worth area almost weekly loaded with cars.
Seems like a good story though. ;D

What with all that has been described here.

One man in charge of this nation fearing collapse of his governing rule because of many States declaring Sovereign  Independance, very well could push the panic button to abduct masses of politicians, military commanders,(retired and active), and religious leaders of high public influence, followed by thousands of others posing as a threat to him.

That would be a good scenario to explain away the rapture that is being depicted in the movie "Left Behind".

The rail cars in the above link are standard car mover cars. These are for transporting new motor vehicles by rail. So at least the pictures of the "prison cars" are a HOAX.

the FEMA concentration camps are Bull squat.
its true that here in michigan they have closed down and downsized prisons, but understand thats  dues to lack of funds, just like everywhere else.
so the feds dont have funds to keep prisons open, but converting them to FEMA camps is a go ? dont get caught up in online hysteria about subversive goverment consperaises ( spelling )

when 9-11 happened, there were all the same kind of BS stories about FEMA closing off the pipeline and removing people from thier homes, confiscating farm machinery and junk like that.. in truth, as i have parents and relatives who own property and live on pipeline leased land, all the pipeline co. did was place more danger and no tresspassing signs out and made sure that no one fiddled with the pumps and network stations, we still hunted, rode ATV's and walked the pipeline roadways as always...

this rogue goverment , FEMA and WHO takeover is going to happen in two years ? ..nope
i read where, poeple had said , to paraphrase " if Obama becomes Pres. then, watch out there will be race riots and whatnot, alluding to shootings"
well that aint happening either. im not a supporter, im not in favor of FEMA, WHO or Pres. orders giving absolute to power to anyone for anything for any reason, but take the online, internet world hype for what it is . in five years from now, when we are talking about new names and new scares, remember way back to 2000, when the world didnt collapse when all the computers didnt stop working and in 2009 when a half black man became Pres. and the US didnt break out in a race war

It will not end. The interwebs have given a voice to all the tinfoil hat crowd. In the past seeing something in print gave it a certain credibility.

The fact that you can design a very profesional and attractive web site and string words together does not the truth make.

The fact that rail cars have been redesigned should not lead someone to conclude they are prison cars. I've seen railcars that hold compressed gasses but didn't come to the conclussion they were for mass extermination. Since they were on there way through a major metro area didn't mean they were on a trial run either.

Have you considered that for this conspiracy to unfold LOTS of people will have to know what is happening. These people will have to break many laws just to get to the point of kicking this scheme off. This is not, and will not, become pre war Nazi Germany. Our rulers rule by our decree and at some point would be dispatched were it needed.

I have every confidence in the American people and their ability to overcome a "government takeover".

This is an excercise in could be's, and running with an idea to its most absurd conclusion.

I have heard, (no conclusive proof...yet)that the carwash industry is using genetic engineering to design a "hogzilla with the ability to fly. These hoggeese would be deployed in suburbs to force the residents to wash there cars more often. It would mostly affect those most able to pay for car washes. Keep your eye to the skies, I'm just sayin'. You have noticed the massive increase of geese in suburban areas haven't you? These are the trial runs in their deployment plot.

I'm sure this is the product of some over active paranoid minds.
But rest assured that the government is planning out, working on, or studying what they will do keep control over the people.
It's best if we keep our eyes on the horizon, ears to the ground, and our powder dry. The two party system is a hoax they are both the same.
They exist to perpetuate their own power and to rule over the people instead of serving them. At this rate there will be no need for gulags or prison trains we will already be living in one.

I, for one hope that you guys who don't believe it could happen are right.

However;  in highschool, I did see Walter Cronkite narriate the holocaust in WWI.   Hitler was killing millions of Jews and America didn't believe it was happeining.  When our soldiers arrived on the scene, they encounterd many, many railroad cattle cars and box cars crammed full of dead people left out on deserted tracks to starve to death.   I saw that film with my own eyes.

He showed captured German filming of hundreds of naked men standing in line and being casterated as they stood over a galvanized bucket, one after another, after another.  I saw firing squads shooting so many Jews that they got sick and began to vomit to the point that they had to be replaced with fresh firing squads.   Don't think for a minute that it couldn't happen again.
