I just read about the Turkish manufactured Chinese norinco pistols.  This could be a start of something good.  My Chinese Norinco 1911 showed me how great the 1911's really are.  Now i wonder if we will see these imported here in the US.

That's a pretty good looking 1911.  I like the dovetailed sights and have no doubt the Turkish pistols are of better quality than the Chinese versions.  I also like their Beretta lookalike.  I think we will see more of the Turkish made pistols now that they are our very important allies in the war against terror and probably have a good trade status.  jmtcw.
