.22 adapter work well in a .45 Colt/.410 Survivor?

They are a .22 chamber adapter made for a .45 Colt revolver. I was wondering how well they might work in a .45/410 Survivor. I would think the long barrel and chamber might cause a problem, but maybe not.
Any opinions or experience using these?
