I think if we leave the (UPON) out of the definition, we come closer to the true meaning.
If we are to ever see a true change for the better in this land, we need to stop politics as a career!
"NEVER" vote for anyone holding that particular office.Keep new faces in office from city Gov. to the national level. Forget party politics....They are the same dog!
But if you feel you have to vote party lines, then by all means do, but just vote in a new face every election.
