Done with 6mm Ackley and her "shot out" barrel.  Was forming some brass.  Really proud because it was windy!

Looks like it was under 2 1/2" @ 550 yards - that is very good shooting about .5 MOA or less and it looks like the wind had little effect on your group. When you say shot out barrel - did the you buy it from someone that said it was shot out? Now that you let us know how well it shot; you have to give us more details. Good Shooting and Good Luck to you.

I think it's a b...bo....bol.....bolt gun!!  ;D A 243 win H&R can be rechambered to 6mmAI and shoot factory ammo, I got one, dunno if it will shoot that good tho, but I'll never know unless I can find somewhere in the world to shoot that far safely!!   :o

Yes, unfortunately not a Handi, sorry!

People told me it was shot out because one day it started sorta screwy.  Found someone with JB Bore Brite and scrubbed the living daylights out of the throat.  Voila!

47.5 IMR 4831 and 95 grain SMK's seated a ways off the lands.  They used to be .010" off the lands but the throat keeps running away from them.  :D

Yep, he gets good grades in school and he can shoot. I'm thinking that young feller has a bright future.

Good shooting there Tykempster.
