S&B 45gr bullets measure .222 for me, I have one Fronteer brass factory load with a V-Max bullet that measures .225 but that is probably because of the crimp they use on it. A .22 long RF also measures .225 and I have some Long Rifle that measures .223. Jacketed Winchester 22 Mag 40gr bullets also measure .225 also probably because of the crimp. Fact is they all go down the barrel just fine, 2 or 3 thousanths just doesn't matter a bit, most people who know say maximum accuracy is had with projectiles .002 larger than bore diameter, probably of more concern would be the twist rate, but that is why all hornets are loaded with short little bullets with round noses.
